So, the final Red Bull Bedroom Jam Live Show band has been selected by you (Congratulations, of course, to The Gap Year Riot), but this is by no means the end. Oh no...

This year, RBBJ is running throughout the whole summer and this website will be the number one place to keep track of how the bands you voted for are performing!

We’ll have video cameras at every single festival which hosts a Bedroom Jam Stage, and will be making regular short programmes featuring all the action from backstage.

Who knows - If Loser Token are one of our final eight you could see them attempting to hug AC/DC. Hell, this might just happen.

What about one of This Is Divine attempting to steal beers from Iron Maiden’s dressing room? Not out of the question! We'll be filming backstage and bringing it to you, the RBBJ faithful, to keep you up to date and share their experiences.

So How Do I Get My Favourite Band To The Festivals?

You have until 4pm on June 7th to vote, shout about, tweet about, watch, play and tell the world about your favourite Festival Chart band.

The band at the top of the Festival Chart at 4pm will automatically bag one of the eight festival slots. Our esteemed judges will then choose six more Live Show acts (watch their shows here), and a final Wild Card act from ANYWHERE on the site!

Another festival band will be announced on the website every 15minutes from 4pm June 7th, so make sure you’re watching the News section carefully!

The bands fighting for one of the seven Festival Chart places are: The Detours, The Gap Year Riot, Half Hour Heroes, Heights, Hello! Hello!, Lecarla, Loser Token, Never Means Maybe, No Mean City, Sacred Betrayal, Silent Descent, Stand-Up Guy, They Sink Ships, This Is Divine and You And What Army

Watch Your Favourite Band All Through The Summer!

The eight bands will be contacted and will play their first Red Bull Bedroom Jam festival gig just days later at the mighty Download 2010.

We’ll be there with cameras and in the week after the event you’ll get to see exactly what went down behind the scenes at one of the world’s biggest rock festivals!

Red Bull Bedroom Jam will also be at Sonisphere, T In The Park, Hevy and Underage to film our eight acts and take you backstage for one amazing summer.

How Do I Help My Favourite Band Get That Studio Time And Support Tour?

At the end of the summer, one of the eight bands will be chosen to make a record at Red Bull’s brand spanking new recording studio in London with an experienced producer, and go on tour as support for a secret established act.

The judges will compile a shortlist of three, and then YOU will pick the top band via The Final Buzz Chart.

This chart will work in exactly the same way as the other Buzz Charts and will be monitoring the band’s Buzz across the whole festival period.

It obviously should be They sink ships, because they are clearly amazing and deserve SO much more recognition for their awesomeness than they do! They ARE the next You me at six without a doubt.

I believe that No Mean City deserve to win simply because their music is a collage of tremendous raw power, individuality and as much energy to blow your mind. Their sound is an unidentifiable genre of it's own and it should be transported from Northern Ireland out into the depths of the UK, and what a more fitting venue than Download 2010. They'll rock so hard no one will see what hit them.
